• Returns are only applicable for unused, unopened, and sealed products.

• You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Refunds are only provided in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products sent by us.

• Products purchased during promotions, sales, or clearance events are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Provide clear images of the product (if applicable) showing the damage or defect.

3. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.

4. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days.

5. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

• Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

• If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

• For COD orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.

• Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchange options only if you receive a defective or incorrect product. If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
